Hi,
Anyone looking for free Charts and a free Trading platform, try noneugmfx.com or none1world-forex.com . They use MetaTrader charts and you can trade directly from the charts.
nonewww.dukascopy.com has an API for MT4 but it may have a price tag. Dukascopy min. deposit is $50k but they are one of the finest Swiss brokers available.
I was using MetaTrader and Oanda; separate from each other but a friend of mine turned me on to UGM.
I've search all over the net for an honest and stable broker and this is the best I can find.
Two quirks about ugmfx.com:
1. Their non-typical "Standard" lot is actually a typical "Mini Lot"; If you want to trade in typical "Standard" lots you have to add a zero '0' to your lot number; So a typical "Standard" lot with ugmfx.com is '10' instead of '1'.
2. ugmfx.com adds $1.00 per lot on a typical 'Mini' lot; And $10.00 per lot on a typical "Standard" lot. This equals to the same spreads that TradeStation offers along with other brokers. So essentially their spreads are 1 pip higher than the tightest spreads; but not unfair.
First Friday of Every month and maybe during other major announcements, MetaTrader charts run up your PC's CPU making your PC practically useless. I'm running a 3.0Ghz P4; with 10 different charts on five different crosses open simultaneous. Maybe you wont have this problem if you have a faster CPU or use fewer charts. (Most technical traders stay out of the market during announcements so it may be a non-issue. For Forex traders, I'd say it's a good idea to take-the-day-off on the first Friday of each month.
ugmfx.com does not take the opposing side of your contract; with the additional fee per lot, they make their bonus.
I know a lot of sales people post this type post but I'm a real Woodies CCI trader. I have absolutely no affiliation with any broker. You do the research for yourself on which broker to use.
I've also attached all the indicators you'll need to trade Woodies CCI and a Woodies CCI Template for MetaTrader.
ATTENTION: The Woodie's CCI 'Label Indicator', included in the files below, may seem very liberal in it's indication. Point is: don't trust the indicator; use it as an alert of a potential pattern.
Instructions:
1. Sign-up for a demo account at a broker with MetaCharts and download their Version of MetaTrader charts.
2. Download the Indicators zip files below; to the directory on your PC:
C:\Program Files\whatever_name_of_charts\experts\indicators
Make sure the files are Unzipped directly in the 'indicators' directory.
3. Download the Template zip file below; to the directory on your PC:
C:\Program Files\whatever_name_of_charts\templates
Make sure the files are Unzipped directly in the 'indicators' directory.
Open up UGMFX charts and click the Templates icon and choose 'Woodies cci' or 'Woodies cci long term.'
Have a nice day!
Gene Ballard

| These are great! Thank you, Gene for posting these indicators. I've been looking for good CCI indicators for Metatrader 4 and here they are. Everything is there now, the CCI with the histogram, the CZI, the sidewinder, even CCI pattern recognition indicators! This is a must have for all metatrader users who use CCI for trading. Thanks again! |

Make sure you are logged in. However, my ability to download a file from this forum is sketchy and I can't figure out why.

|

Hello first of all thank you for sharing this, its really appreciated
:D
I had a question on your sidewinder. It seems that as I go back in time (15 min chart) the sidewinder doesn't show up anymore with months of data still to go. Is there a way to make it show up?
Also woodies CZI description says "Blue, brown and multiple colors". Does multiple colors = mixture of Blue and brown?
or is it other colors i.e. shades of green, yellow/organe, brown as in your indicator?
if so are these other colors the "mixture"?
sorry for newbie questions! and thanks very much. |
