Can I just trade with the 5/3Min instead of RangeBars?

Hello,

I think nowadays all are using the Woodies cci with range Bars.
Since there is no range bars with Metatrader. I'm using NinjaTrader
with demo account (Gain) for charts and live trading with another
broker.

I don't know the optimal/best range for the pairs I'm currently trading (GBPUSD, GBPJPY, EURUSD, USDJPY).
Any one have any idea what will be the optimal range.

Or could I just use the 3/5 Min charts instead?

I use 25 RB on GU, GJ and EU with 15 RB in UJ.
