Keep on asking :wink:
(But the panel I've done is for intraday only. Why you need intradayday pivots, dayhigh/-low and something else in weekly/monthly charts :roll: ?)
Hello Heart1010
I'm so happy, they open a forex chat room !
I have configurated MT4 with the same pairs and the same time frames.
Everything fine, but I noticed that the PP S and R are completly differents. Do you have any idea why ?
Thank you in advance for your help !

Hello Heart,
So quick answer ! Thx a lot.
But today, because of the forex chat room, I'm back on 30Min time frames...

@george1
I don't understand your problem exactly... what do you mean with 'evoparating'?
@jed
M30 should be fine.... so what exatly is different on the shown pivots? Please describe it a little more in detail, thanks. |

Thx for your consideration !
For exemple:
On the chat room, for EURGBP R1 +25 PP -31
on MT4 R1 +19 PP -20
On the chat room, for GBPUSD R1 +2 PP -84
on MT4 R2 +49 R1 -38
I hope it's only me who worried for something a newbie did not catch it properly !
Thank you so much.

ok george1, when you use weekly charts the "Numbars" in the czi indicator parameters (set to 1000 on default) is too big. Try reducing this number from 1000 to e.g. 300 and test it again....
same on sidewinder.....
(The error in Experts tab "AUDJPY,Weekly: Error - Chart period is greater than 1 day." will be shown every x seconds because pivots couldn't be calculated when timeframe is >= daily) |

Thanx, Heart,
That worked someway :-)
It drew the CZI and SI but not for the whole period of candles. So, if you have some time to spend for another my question: Why is that interrupting... Here is a new chart... It shows that in 1H chart I have the indicator only 2 months /exactly 2months/ behind current date... Is there a way to continue it, maybe it is about some option in MT4? I couldnt find it! And to make the conjuction with previous question: When I change that value from 1000 to 300, the chart drew as iI said, CZI and SI only for a part of the period of the candles, when switched to the lower period (is that too massy? I mean when I dont have CZI and SI on weekly chart, I change the value to 300 and take them, but when switch to 30min chart then - I have CZI and SI only for the part of the period of the candles, when I return the value to 1000 - its ok, but agian loosing them on weekly chart :-))
But that described in brackets is not the biggiest pain. Its most important for me to find a way to test some strategies more than 2months ago, so If possible... let this cci continue
Thanx for your attention!

I've been using fx_sniper's Chop Zone Indicator in MT4, and today (31.12.2007) it suddenly stopped working with a note that it's outdated.
Yesterday working ok.
Anyone else have this? Anyone know how to fix it? I tried fx_sniper page www.forex-tsd.com/42655-post24.html but this version is same. |

Hi Heart,
I'm new to the MT4 and forex trading. Currently I'm using your v4 panel. but I noticed that the CZI has many colors. it doesn't look like I'll get "at least 3 solid color with right direction for ZLR".
I'm mainly trading EURUSD on 5m chart. The CZI I'm using is "CZI_heart_v1". Is there something wrong with my setting?
thank you in advance,
Juliel |
